Fried Brussels Sprouts

Prep time:10 minutes   Total Time: 25 minutes   Yields: 12-15 Servings


2 TBSP       Olive Oil

3                Garlic Cloves

3lbs           Brussels Sprouts

1/4 cup     Light Soy Sauce

2 TBSP      Red Chili Oil

                 Salt and pepper, Optional

                 Bacon Pieces Optional


Step 1  Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

STEP 2 cook garlic, stirring often, until golden brown and fragrant, about 3 minutes. (add bacon if desired)

Step 3  Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook while stirring until the undersides of the sprouts turn golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 4  Add Light Soy Sauce and stir for an additional 3 minutes on low-medium heat, then stir in the red chili oil.

Step 5  Season with salt, black pepper and Enjoy.
